Matt Heatseal P/P

Pre-pierced 75um Matt PVC heat activated overlaminating film 

Matt UV Vinyl Heatseal manufactured in America and supplied as standard in pre-perforated format.

A top quality 75 micron, matt vinyl with UV inhibitors, coated with heat activated acrylic adhesive and protected with release paper. This material when used in a traditional heated press under foam will give a textured matt finish, whilst if it is used in un-pierced (U/P) format through heated rollers exhibits more of a satin matt finish.

The adhesive has a slight residual tack facilitating careful positioning of artwork prior to bonding.

The product is particularly suited for finishing blockmounted prints / plaques.

Stock material is supplied pre-perforated (P/P) for processing in a press, and un-perforated (U/P) material for heated roller application can be supplied on request.

75 micron (3 Mil) thickness of the film combined with the 25micron (1 Mil) adhesive thickness provides for an easier handling material, especially in large sheet sizes, and gives extra protection.
