Linerless, Canvastex (UV) Vinyl Heatseal for that 'Canvas look'
Developed originally for heated roller laminators, we have found that this product also works perfectly well when processed through heated flat bed presses and in particular with heated vacuum presses
Where previously, using traditional heatseal coated canvastex vinyl laminating film (with release liner), has meant that dwell times in the order of 15 – 20 minutes at processing temperature in a vacuum press are normal, we have found that this material will bond without silvering, with a dwell time from only 2 minutes at 90degC (190deg F). Additionally, as there is no release liner to dispose of, you have a really cost effective, convenient, productive material.
